Getting Started
How do I get started?
Email me to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your needs, define the project scope, and determine the best way to collaborate. For larger or long-term projects, we may have a few follow-up conversations to refine details. A deposit of 15–30% is required upfront, and invoicing will occur monthly thereafter.


What tools do you use to manage tasks and projects?
I can work with your tools of choice or use platforms I regularly use, such as Google Drive, Monday.com, or Notion, to track tasks and projects seamlessly.

 


Services
What services do you provide?
I specialize in executive assistance, including:

  • Calendar management and scheduling.

  • Inbox organization and email drafting.

  • Travel planning (domestic and international).

  • Event planning (board meetings, team retreats, personal celebrations).

  • Research, data organization, and documentation.

  • Personal errands like appointment scheduling and gift purchasing.


What services are not included?
I do not handle tasks requiring physical presence (e.g., running errands) or specialized expertise in areas like legal, advanced accounting, or in-depth graphic design. However, I can help you find trusted professionals for these needs.

 


Pricing and Billing
How does billing work?
Pricing is based on the selected plan and includes a set number of hours each month. Additional hours are billed at the rate outlined in your plan. I require a deposit of 15–30% upfront to secure your project, and invoices are sent monthly for the remaining balance.


Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project time. If you have concerns, please reach out, and I’ll work with you to find a solution.

 


Confidentiality and Privacy
How do you ensure my information stays secure?
I take confidentiality seriously. I am happy to sign NDAs and follow secure processes for sharing sensitive information. For passwords and sensitive data, I recommend using a trusted password manager like LastPass or 1Password.

 


Communication
How will we stay in touch?
I communicate primarily through Slack, Gmail, and scheduled phone and video calls. For task tracking and updates, I can integrate with tools like Google Drive, Monday.com, or Notion, depending on your preferences.
